How are Digiplatform subscription plans set up?

The subscription plans are set per user, and we separated them as follows
-> Start-up business: 1 to 5 users
-> Small business: 6 to 14 users
-> Growing business: 15 to 24 users
-> Medium business: 25 to 50 users
-> Enterprise business: 51+ users

Are Digiplatform features differ for each subscription plan?

Not at all. All features are the same. Only the number of users who can access and use your Digiplatform differs.

How are users set up?

Prime users can create new users, but our back-end administrators can do this for you if you create a new job ticket. We also monitor the total number of users that you have and will let you know if you need to upgrade to a new subscription plan.

What will happen if I miss a subscription payment?

Don't worry that can happen to anyone. As long as you communicate with us, we will be reasonable to accept any extensions. If, however, we don't receive a payment after the agreed extension time and you don't communicate or act fairly and correctly, we will terminate your subscription plan and reinstate it after you make the payment.

What would happen if I decide to move on and cancel or not renew my subscription?

That is the last thing we want, but we will work with you to give you all of your records and help you to facilitate your departure process.
