Of course, this is the idea. Our job ticketing feature is an important part of our unique selling point. We are the only SaaS provider that has included back-end administration support as part of the subscription. This means that you request, we create, you review and approve, and we make it available on your platform. We can’t do that without the job ticketing system that we are running.

We can give you access for as much as you want, but we usually say that within a month, you should be able to make an informative decision whether Digiplatform is the right product for you. We are pretty certain it is, but you need to be confident, so if you need extra time, we can allow you as much time as you need to test our platform fully.
